Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and I’m so excited! Country Girl and I will be wrapping up our schooling early today to get in the kitchen and prepare for a *GALentine’s* party we’re hosting for the girls in our small group.
I’m popping in this morning just to share a super quick idea for a fun hot chocolate corner we’ll be putting together for the party!
Once February gets here, we’ve been sipping hot coffee, tea, and cocoa for several months and are ready for some new flavors after all those fall spices and Christmas peppermints. So for Valentine’s Day, I change it up a bit with strawberry syrup, candy hearts, white chocolate chips, red and pink sprinkles, marshmallows, and whipped cream (marshmallows and whipped cream are two things that haven’t changed since Christmas. They’re too good to drop!).
Add a teapot of hot water and a plate of cookies, and welcome your guests with lots of love, warmth, and sugar!

On a totally unrelated note, if you’re seeing all kinds of crazy type styles when you open my blog, just bear with me while I get the kinks worked out in this new space. Thanks!

Looks scrumptious! Hot drinks are hitting the spot on these cold days!

Yes they are, Lisa! And the possibilities are endless!

A hot cocoa “bar” is always a favorite with my ladies’ class attendees on a cold Wednesday night! With plenty of condiments for the cocoa, there is no need for an additional dessert!
Alinda
True! It’s a dessert in and of itself! I’m sure your ladies enjoy something warm to sip on after coming in from the cold on Wednesday nights. ❤️ ☕️
