This month marks one whole year of blogging here at The Work of Her Hands, and today is my 100th post! It has been a lot of fun to get back to blogging, even as simple as this little blog is. I blogged on my last site for 3 years and then prayerfully made the decision to end that blog and start fresh with a new site that would suit my schedule, my technical skills (or lack of), and my family’s privacy needs.
With this blog, I do only as much as I have time for, and right now that’s pretty much limited to just writing posts. Promoting my blog is something I don’t have time for in this season of mommin’ and homeschooling, and I’m totally okay with that. My personality is more comfy with a low profile anyway, so it’s all good.
Thank you all for reading my blog this past year, and for all your sweet encouragement, comments, and feedback. I just love my cozy little blog family here! You all bless me!

So glad you’re blogging! I love your posts and find them so inspirational. Like you, I’m not promoting either. I find myself clicking the “x” on blogs that are so loaded with ads you can’t see the content! Congrats, and here’s to another year!

Thank you so much, Missy! I’m so glad you’re back to blogging too! And I know what you mean about blogs full of ads. I don’t mind a little bit and can appreciate that bloggers can earn a little extra money that way, but when a blog is just littered with ads and boxes and I can’t read through a post, I give up. I also don’t have time to promote regularly on social media which means I don’t get much traffic, but I’ve just prayed that God will send anyone to my blog who needs the encouragement from a particular post. One day, I might have more time for that, but I’m content with where I am with my blog at the moment.
Looking forward to another year of your blog too!! Thanks!
Kelli

Aww, thank you so much, Kelli!! If you’ve received any good ideas or encouragement towards the home from my blog, then I’ll thank God for that because that’s been my prayer all along. Thank you for your sweet words!
