Good morning! I was working on a different post for today, but it’s not ready, so I’m going cheat a little and offer a quick recipe instead. But I think you’ll like it!
Apple Cheesecake Dip!
This recipe came from the Real House Moms blog several years ago (I need to check and see if they’re still around!), and I love serving it as a snack, appetizer, or dessert during the fall season. It’s sooo good! Country Girl and I whipped up a big ‘ole batch last week for our Bible study group, and because we doubled the recipe, we enjoyed snacking on it throughout the weekend.
Apple Cheesecake Dip
10 ounce apple pie filling
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Place the pie filling in a food processor and pulse a few times. You can leave it chunky or smoother. I like it somewhere in between. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients until well blended. Fold the apple pie filling into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with graham crackers. I used to get the graham sticks for this but I can’t seem to find them anymore, so I just buy the large graham crackers and break them apart. Animal crackers are really cute with this for the kids!
This dip is so tasty and easy to throw together! I like to keep the ingredients on hand throughout the fall for when the need comes up….or maybe just when the craving hits!
Have a great day!

Yum! Anything with cream cheese. (Which I always have on hand.😂) Definitely trying this. The apples make it healthy, right?! 🤪

Yes, of course, the apples make it healthy!! 🍎 Thanks for pointing that out, Missy! 😄And you’re so right about the cream cheese. I will try anything that calls for it!
